Gavin has held senior positions in the Media, Market Research and Retail Loyalty industries. He was responsible for the launch of BT Vision whilst at Microsoft and was part of the Freeview launch team at the BBC. He has worked with, and for, some of the biggest names in their industries including Sainsbury's, Boots, Proctor & Gamble, The Mars Group, PepsiCo, the BBC, BT, Sky, Microsoft, HMV - both in the UK, and abroad.
Gavin has a passion for data, media and devices. He digitally owns c.133,000 music tracks, 450,000 photographs, and 1,000's of movies and TV shows. However for Gavin nothing replaces a good book, so his digital book collection is pretty small.
His driving force is to bring together the above experiences. Data is making decision making ever smarter, with real time inputs making instant amendments to campaigns and offers possible, and social media complementing many of the pre-existing sources of information and promotion.
