Monica Narvaez is the Director of Hispanic Client Solutions for Nielsen, where she specializes in providing media insights to clients and serves as an advocate for Hispanic radio clients. In addition, she engages internally by identifying Hispanic representation opportunities in Nielsen product solutions. Monica has been with Nielsen Audio since 2003, starting in the customer service team at Arbitron. Today, she is dedicated to working with programmers, on-air talent, market managers, corporate management and sales executives. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Houston. She is also a member of American Women in Radio & Television.
