Each year, Fortune Magazine teams up with independent analysts from Great Place to Work to rank top companies for workplace diversity. For 2016, Nielsen earned high honors, ranked at #50 out of more than 500 U.S. employers doing the most to create inclusive cultures for multicultural, LGBTQ employees and women. The recognition is based on anonymous survey results provided by nearly 1,000 Nielsen associates.

Diversity and inclusion are integral to future innovations and success for Nielsen and our clients,” said Angela Talton, Chief Diversity Officer. “This recognition is a testament to not only our systems and the programs that make diversity and inclusion part of the DNA of the company, but it also speaks volumes about the leaders and associates who make Nielsen a place where you have visibility, access and opportunities to be yourself, make a difference and grow with us.”

To compile this list, Great Place to Work surveyed more than 400,000 employees of all backgrounds about workplace fairness, morale and inclusion. Great Place to Work also analyzed how positively women, multicultural and LGBTQ employees report experiencing their workplace, including the degree of representation women and multiculturals enjoy within the workforce as a whole, management and executive roles.

"Great Place to Work认证项目执行副总裁金-彼得斯(Kim Peters)说:"我们对尼尔森寻求认证并公布员工反馈表示赞赏。"这些评级衡量了尼尔森赢得员工信任和创造良好工作环境的能力,任何考虑为尼尔森工作或与尼尔森开展业务的人都应将这些关键指标作为衡量高绩效的指标加以考虑。

"Great Place to Work 的高级编辑 Sarah Lewis-Kulin 说:"根据我们的调查,85% 的尼尔森员工都认为尼尔森是一个很好的工作场所。

This is Nielsen’s second recognition by Fortune and Great Place to Work this year. The company was also named one of the best employers for Millennials. More information about our ranking, criteria considered and employee feedback can be found at https://reviews.greatplacetowork.com/nielsen.
