Bill Rose is SVP, local product leadership at Nielsen. In this role he is responsible for planning key local media product initiatives, guiding Nielsen’s response to customer issues, and delivering clarity and coordination of the company’s communication with clients. He is also Nielsen’s lead for key industry organizations such as the Audio Advisory Council, COLRAM and the Radio Advertising Bureau. Previously, Bill has held a variety of senior marketing and management positions at Nielsen. Before joining Nielsen, Bill worked in radio station sales management and as a radio consultant specializing in ratings and programming strategy. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in radio and television communications from Ithaca College and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
