Konrad Gerszke is President of Lead Markets. He is responsible for the management, performance and strategic direction of Nielsen’s consumer packaged goods manufacturer and retailer business in seventeen developed markets around the world.
Konrad joined Nielsen in March 2010. Most recently, he was President Global Clients where he led Nielsen teams working with our largest and most operationally global clients. He has also served as President, Central/East Europe and Executive Vice President, Professional Services for Nielsen in North America. He also led Nielsen’s global relationship with Procter & Gamble and our relationship with Nestlé in North America.
Prior to his career at Nielsen, Konrad served as a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Consumer Goods Practice. During his 13-year tenure at McKinsey, he served many global CPG industry leaders on issues such as growth strategy, customer management, pricing and trade management and organization.
Konrad graduated with honors in business administration from the University of Münster, Germany and holds an undergraduate degree of the University of Cologne, Germany. He currently resides in Geneva, Switzerland.
