New York, NY — Aug. 19, 2020 — An estimated 19.2 million people tuned in to watch the second night of the 2020 Democratic National Convention on Tuesday, August 18. Day two of the convention was carried live from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and remotely from many venues throughout the country across 10 networks. The night featured speeches from Dr. Jill Biden and former Secretary of State Colin Powell, as well as the formal nomination of former Vice President Joe Biden as the Democratic candidate for president of the United States.
