Rachel leads the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Consumer Insights business for Nielsen China. In her 15 years at Nielsen, she has consulted with leading local and multinational companies and enabled them to make better business decisions using consumer insights.
She is a well-rounded researcher with experience in understanding consumer needs, shopper behavior, estimating market size, tracking brand performance and identifying innovative solutions. Rachel has also provided strategic consulting for companies in other industries, including: finance, durables, automobile, health supplements, OTC and real estate.
Rachel graduated from Nankai University and Queen’s University. Prior to joining Nielsen, Rachel worked in research at the People’s Bank of China for five years.
