As Expanded Vertical Leader for Nielsen South Asia, he leads a business unit that is engaged in providing research and advisory services to leading clients in Telecom, Infra, Automotive, BFSI, Durables etc., across brand equity, customer segmentation, communication evaluation, product development, pricing strategies, customer satisfaction, retail, big data and analytics. Prior to his current stint at Nielsen, Arjun has spent around 5 years with the Coca-Cola company leading its strategy and innovation function.
