Shonali Ghosh has been part of the Market Research Industry for over 30 years now, spending much of her career in understanding how consumers choose and buy products and services.
She currently works at Nielsen as Advisor – Special Projects. She has been with Nielsen for over 8 years now – working across several business units and functions. These include for the larger part leading and managing Nielsen’s Consumer Insights business. She has also been part of the Innovation Practice and Nielsen Neuro.
What energises Shonali is ideating and innovating to create business solutions that clients find useful and see it gaining traction among research users.
Her second interest is training the next generation of researchers’ and in order to learn how to understand training needs and create learning content, she has been the L&D leader for Nielsen South Asia.
