We’re excited to announce that Cynopsis Media has selected Kelly Abcarian, senior vice president of product leadership, as a Top Woman in Digital in the “Industry Leaders” category! This award celebrates the unique, the uncommon and the bold in the digital media industry, and the 2016 honorees are women who are making it happen, whether in the trenches or at the leading edge of the digital world. They have helped clear a path in what is still a relatively young industry.
Abcarian reports to Megan Clarken, president of product leadership. Clarken describes Abcarian as thoughtful, impactful and a visionary, who has led many successful campaigns and initiatives for Nielsen.
At Nielsen, Abcarian focuses on working with publishers, agencies and advertisers across the globe. She has held numerous senior roles managing some of the company’s largest technology platforms and servicing clients in both the Watch and Buy segments of Nielsen’s business. She was responsible for developing and delivering the first on-demand platform for the Buy business and was instrumental in the delivery of Nielsen’s Digital Ad Ratings and Mobile Measurement platforms. She is also responsible for aligning cross-product solutions for television, digital and cross-platform content and advertising.
Kelly was selected alongside employees from NBC Universal, Refinery29, Discovery Communications, Hulu, Crown Media Family Networks, PBS Kids, MediaVest, Viacom, E! Entertainment and many more.
