Tina Wilson is Nielsen’s Chief Administrative Officer. She’s responsible for driving operational excellence across the company, ensuring company-wide accountability for our transformation efforts, optimizing workflows and cross-functional collaboration, as well as overseeing portfolio management and market rationalization. 

Tina joined Nielsen 29 years ago, and has held progressive leadership roles around the world. Her last role was Executive Vice President, Group General Manager of the Analytics Portfolio, where she oversaw a suite of businesses that helped local, national and global media buyers and sellers grow through data-driven insights. Prior to that, Tina oversaw Audience Outcomes, including product development, engineering, operations and data science.

Tina is Co-Chair of the World Economic Strategy Officer Forum for Media, Sport and Entertainment, a Media and Data Board Member at MMA, an Advisor to OKHuman, an Advisory Board Member at Point Loma University, and past guest lecturer at multiple U.S. colleges. A lifelong mentor, Tina also serves as Executive Sponsor of Nielsen’s N-GEN and NATIV Business Resource Groups, eager to advance the agenda of these respective memberships in the areas of education, vocation, community service and advocacy for Nielsen and its partners. Tina was awarded Ad Monster’s and AdExchanger’s Top Women in Media in 2022 in recognition of this commitment to mentoring.
