Listening to employee voices
We regularly gather feedback to shape the employee experience. In 2025, 82% of employees participated in our Nielsen Voice Survey, up from 80% in 2024. Their input helped teams and managers focus on what matters most, contributing to a 17-point increase in our employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) since 2023.

Nielsen U platform
Building expertise through Nielsen U
Nielsen U is an enhanced learning platform for employees and clients featuring how-to guides, on-demand videos, instructor-led live and recorded training, and 50 product certifications designed to build expertise in Nielsen’s methodologies and solutions. From January through July 2026, more than 3,300 employees and clients spent over 3,500 hours on the platform.

Prioritizing employee wellness
Through Nspired Wellness, our global well-being program, employees engage in global and local initiatives focused on physical, emotional, financial and social health. More than 2,500 employees participated in over 150 events in 2025, supported by our Well-Being Ambassador Network and global well-being partners.

Our global fleet, primarily used for field operations, decreased by 28% between 2024 and 2025, contributing to an approximately 30% reduction in fleet-based emissions as part of our ongoing efforts to reduce operational emissions.

More than 3,700 employees across 41 countries participated in volunteering or Cause Card programs in 2025, contributing more than 20,800 volunteer hours and approximately $180,000 in employee-directed donations globally from the Nielsen Foundation.
